The Frick Art & Historical Center has been utilizing the technical expertise of Shiloh Services, Inc. for over a decade. Before we installed our first computer network, we met with the staff from Shiloh who assisted us in configuring the best computer network design for our 5.5 acre site. Shiloh came out to the Frick, walked the site, reviewed the plans, made suggestions and modifications and were available for any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. Once the network had been installed, Shiloh offered training to all Frick staff members at its Irwin facility. Over the subsequent years, we have worked with Shiloh on any number of projects and they have always been receptive and responsive to our needs. Through the years, they’ve helped us to increase the size and speed of our computer network, built appropriate firewalls and other security measures, created adequate back-up and storage systems, handled any upgrades and software changes necessary, and made suggestions of what we could be doing more efficiently. They have always accommodated our requests and their customer and technical service has been excellent. A special thank you to Sydney Markle and Robbie Knouse. Recently, we changed our entire network server configuration and I relied heavily on Shiloh to suggest the best hardware and software for the Frick’s growing needs. I initially worked with Mike Bilben who presented two different options with varying costs. As we worked through the details of the process, I solicited the opinions and expertise from the following Shiloh staff members, Alan Halula, Jason Bushmire and Jeremy Clark, -to ensure that we could accomplish the server transition the way we wanted, and in the time-frame allotted. Together we created a working plan. Shiloh then delivered the equipment and installed all of the new systems efficiently, effectively with minimal down-time to our staff. Moreover, Shiloh recently assisted us with the expansion of our WIFI network. Going forward, I feel confident that if I have any questions or concerns about our current systems, or want to discuss computer network strategy, I can contact Shiloh and will get an honest assessment and sound advice.
I just wanted to write to you to let you know how great a job Shiloh has done for us. I had used Shiloh at a previous job and was pleased to ask you to partner with us when I got to MCC International back in 2004. Shiloh handles so many of our IT needs that it is a value added situation when dealing with the company. We do not require a true IT department as we use Shiloh to handle those needs for us. You sell equipment to us, service it which includes the cleaning and monitoring of the equipment and recommend upgrades or changes that may be necessary to keep MCC current with IT growth. The largest impact that Shiloh has is its service to MCC. The Sales Department is always available to get solutions to our needs and the service tech that has been on our account since its inception (Jason) is without equal. He does a great job of taking care of our hardware and software but is also a very reliable source to bounce ideas and suggestions by for his input. He also did a great job with cleaning up our computer room by streamlining the cabling and installing a computer stand that makes the server room safer and much more efficient (as well as just looking better.) We also have great internal support from Shiloh when we have questions that need to be answered quickly and can’t wait for our monthly service. Alan has a great staff, including himself, to get us solutions very quickly and can take control of our systems to fix problems and are always successful at fixing out problem.
